Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) means a commitment to providing equitable, fair, and just access to opportunities for people with varying racial, ethnic and gender identities, disabilities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic statuses, including those with two or more of these, in an environment that is reasonably accessible to all and fosters a sense of belonging whereby all are welcomed and respected.

The following organizations and resources have been referenced in Diversity Initiatives created by California Film and Television Tax Credit Program applicants. To assist new and approved applicants in identifying organizations and resources to utilize as part of their Diversity initiatives, the list below is available as a resource. The California Film Commission (CFC) is not affiliated nor is it recommending or requiring applicants utilize these resources. Three organizations, marked with an asterisk (*), are tied to the Career Pathways Program administered by the CFC in collaboration with the IATSE Training Trust Fund.  Any organizations interested in being added to the list below, please email a request to incentiveprogram3@film.ca.gov.
