Required materials must be submitted during Phase II of the application process. Interested applicants are suggested to consult with their tax department before submitting a tax credit application.
Once approved, a number of interim responsibilities must be completed by eligible productions.
Tax Credit Certificate is issued once all required final documentation are submitted.
Applicants should prepare items listed below prior to submitting an application.
If your project is selected, you will have three to five business days to submit all documents.
